Cambria Hotel Denver Downtown RiNo

The room was compact but clean Rick the barman an asset and very friendly and helpful Reception staff rude, no shower gel in dispenser on day one. Problem with bathroom fan which needed repeated requests to fix. No housekeeping or replenishment of coffee even though we had asked for this

Service was ok. Some staff at Front desk were not the friendliest

after a long plane delay we get to the room take a shower and when i get out water is all over the floor , reported it and wasn’t offer a change of room only if we went maintain to come look at it , like no we on vacation don’t want to deal with someone in our personal space , so we requests more towels , so every morning had to have housekeeper take wet towels and leave new ones , i did complain and they comp my parking which was $40 said i had book thru a 3rd party so that’s all they can do for me

Staff were attentive, accommodating and had a very sweet welcome package for my pup. lovely property. Close to Larimer and Walnut where there was lots of good food, breweries and shopping. Would stay again.

It was a nice stay. The only downfall, and it is a huge one for me, was that there was a coffee machine but no coffee in the room. That was a mean tease to find out in the morning. I feel like 2 coffee pods minimum should be included. The last thing I want to do is have to get dressed and go find coffee in the morning. Especially in a hotel.

Super pretty hotel, area is up and coming, it felt a bit unsafe but all was good at the end.

Walking distance to Mission ballroom Late check in and trouble finding the parking left us dealing with Gil. A very sassy and rude night time guest attendant. All the other staff has always been great until our experience with Gil. We won’t go back! We will stay at CatBird from now on.

Very helpful and attentive staff at front desk and at the restaurant. Dinner was delicious

I thought the sheets could have been softer compared to other hotels I have been in recently. That’s just being particularly picky.
