Front desk agent was most helpful! Their phones were not working at all the entire weekend. I couldn’t call to check on my accommodations and more.

The room, room 307, smelled awful... mold, mildew, and old carpet. Extremely musty and aggravated my allergies and asthma. The air conditioner barely worked. We had to crank it down to 67 to even somewhat cool the room. Other than that the stay was fine, just a general low budget hotel.

I had a fantastic stay here! From the moment I checked in, the staff was amazing—super warm, welcoming, and attentive to everything I needed. The room was spotless, and the beds and pillows were amazingly comfortable, making it so easy to get a great night's rest. To top it off, the morning breakfast had a wonderful variety of delicious options, with something for everyone to enjoy. I will definitely be staying here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stress-free, comfortable hotel experience!

to first had a terrible, moldy, smell. The air conditioner had leaked onto the carpet. The carpet was soaking wet within a 4 foot radius of the air-conditioning unit. When I went down to tell them about it, there were no other rooms readily available. I checked in the next morning with the front desk and tried until early afternoon to get a different room. That was partially because I was staying in the hotel with a son who had been injured in a car accident and wanted to be close to him in case he needed help. I was finally moved across the hall from him to a smaller room. On check-in, we were given” Emergency keys” because of a a new key system and their keys weren’t working correctly. We had no problem with those keys. The next morning,when I turned the emergency keys in and got regular keys I had to return to the check-in desk a minimum of six times. The keys to one room NEVER worked and I had to ask someone at the desk to let us in each time we needed accessThe manager on duty was very nice, but was a MasterClass in how not to deal with customers. She said she was tired of dealing with the whole key issue too, and she “had to be there and work withit. She equated working there with paying to stay there.

Check-in and check-out were super easy. Staff was pleasant and accommodating with all of our requests. The hotel is in a great location, close to restaurants and shopping. Overall a perfect choice for a trip to Denton, TX.

My husband loved the waffles. The selection was amazing!!! The breakfast items could have been WARMER!

Your staff was wonderful, very friendly and helpful. Very comfortable bed!! Breakfast was delicious too. The only negative was the bathroom floor didn't seem very clean, but other than that I have no complaints.

Everything was perfect

With 106 degree temps it was so pleasant to walk into an already cool room.

Our stay was very good except that I needed to have the bathroom floor mopped due to being a little dirty and noticed a few small black ants. Overall, the room was comfortable and clean, breakfast selections were hot and the staff were very accommodating & professional. I would stay there again.
