Courtyard by Marriott Dayton North

Arrived at 3:50. Check-in is at 3:00 and was told that no rooms were available. Waited another 1/2 hour and went back up to the desk and was told again no rooms were available. Then all of a sudden a room was ready?

The staff This was the biggest disappointment. No breakfast bar included with the stay. I paid too much not to have a complimentary breakfast. That's a big deal. You guys want to change that asap! If you want to continue to stay in the competition with the other hotels around. Change your ceiling tiles throughout the hallways. Shampoo your rooms and hallways. Clean up the caulk job in the showers.

The room was very pretty and just as pictured The thing that we don't like about Marriott at the moment is the fact that they are now charging $100 to bring your 10 pound puppy dog who is thoroughly how strange And slept the whole time wherever we went especially to Hilton's who don't charge $100 even though they say they are pet friendly. Charging almost double because we have a pet is not pet friendly.

Excellent and friendly staff. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was not cleaned. Floors/carpet felt grimy. I am only 5'6" and my feet hung off the bed. The room is set up in a very odd layout, as well.

Great stay, great customer service, would definitely stay here again.

This hotel was in the right spot for our long weekend in Dayton. No drive was more than 20 minutes in any direction, with plenty of places to eat right down the road. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, (a little too firm for my taste) but was still better than most I’ve been at. Friendly staff, with easy checkout made the experience more enjoyable.
