It was clean and quiet. Parking was easy and close to entrance. Our room had a slight musty odor to it, but other than that it was clean and nice.

The room was clean, but the bathroom was not. The "canteen" area had flies, and the complimentary coffee machine was out of order. This was really the only amenity at our disposal, so we had none. Our AC/Heat unit did not work, and the refrigerator in the room was very loud all night, which made it difficult to sleep. Would not stay at this property again.

Perfect location for our trip to Salem. Just what we needed.

When got to our room there was no coffee pot or bath towels. The staff gave us some immediately. When I got in the shower there was no body wash in the dispenser. The smoke alarm was functional, but was hanging by the wires. The toilet seat was dirty. Staff was nice, but the room was very disappointing.

They do not provide breakfast even though they advertise that they do. The room was nice, but not very clean. Hand lotion was put into the shampoo bottle in the shower and no hand soap was available and they said they had run out. There were no ice buckets and no ice machine publically available. We had a recliner that had a hole in it and did not work at all. Someone had blocked Fox News on the television and they were unable to undo it. They only gave us two towels and two washcloths and said that they would only do housekeeping once a week to replenish towels. We were very disappointed.

Rooms where ok… toilet was clogged, bathroom light was burned out. Kitchen supplies minimal, 2 spoons, no forks. Fridge did not work properly. Overall stay was fine.

Disgusting stains on sheets, poop on the toilet seat . No other rooms so could not switch. Would never stay here again

The staff was very nice! The area itself is convenient. There are stores and restaurants close by and you are only 30 minutes from attractions. The room was not as clean as I would have liked it to be. We had to ask for new towels, and the lighting was very dim.
