Warwick Melrose Dallas

My aunt and I were just passing through town and Meredith at the front desk was so warm and accommodating. She made us feel like VIPs even with our brief stay.

Best part is the Library bar which is very nice. Gym is small but nice. Comfortable place to stay.

I was advised that I had late checkout. When I attempted to enter the room prior to my late checkout time (after being at the pool) they told me I had to show identification(as I’m standing there in my bathing suit with only my towel and keycard). I obviously had no purse with me. Very annoying and zero responsibility for locking me out of the room. Otherwise, the room and Library Bar were impeccable.

The Warwick Melrose is a classic old hotel in a fun neighborhood of Dallas. The room was dated, but very clean. The air conditioner was incredibly loud and disruptive, plus the pillows are very lumpy and small. The pool was lovely, as was the onsite cocktail bar. The staff were helpful and friendly. Overall, I would stay again, but only at a better price.

Great staff

Historic hotel, great amenities & fabulous location big D.

Helpful, friendly staff. Well-appointed rooms. Amenities commensurate with the hotel’s sterling reputation.

Great place, love the bar, food is decent.

Great place to stay!

My favorite hotel in Dallas by far. LOVE!

I had some significant problems with the room - such that the hotel had to move me three times. That was not wonderful, especially because it was late. The first room did not have a working A/C unit, the second was across from a very loud party, and the final one, although cool and quiet, did not have my bed type as reserved. I will say, however, that the staff - both the person at the front desk and the manager the next day - worked hard to make it right. Mistakes and issues will happen, but I was impressed by the way the hotel worked to make it right.

Hotel employees made us feel great about our choice for our 25th Anniversary/the staff here is so happy and professional

The staff is friendly and genuinely interested in the guests. A beautiful historical building that is excellently run.

Great location and wonderful hotel.
