The power went off in the middle of the night. Didn't come back on.

Very rude night staff. He was On his phone instead of working. Had an attitude with people who are patronizing your establishment. If you don’t want to be nice to customers, find another job where you don’t have to interact with people. The afternoon, early staff I’m assuming owners were nice. Still haven’t received my deposit back to my account after I checked out early in the morning and patiently waiting for it to be credited back to my account. I think the hotel was neat, freezer was dirty in our room. Overall I’d give this place. 6/10.

Nice new establishment and nice staff. Unfortunately, the linen on the bed was dirty upon our arrival. Staff was apologetic and quickly reassigned us a different room. Also to note, none of the telephone charging ports worked in the room.

Friendly staff. Clean, comfortable rooms. Stayed for 2wks for work; room was cleaned everyday. As a female solo traveler I felt safe. Parking lot well lit and security gate closed in the evenings. I would stay again. Nothing

This property is new and everything was clean. However, it seems that this place is obviously known to be the spot to do illicit activities.

***There is not continental breakfast!!!!*** False advertisement! The hotel has NO continental breakfast. I highly suggest reading the poor reviews on Google. I wish we had. Although it has a 2 burner stove and fridge, there are no utensils or cookware, so it is useless. Building is maintained ok, but not great. Out bedsheets seemed clean, but were torn with holes in them. Half the outlets didn’t work (not even hooked up to electrical), so charging tech became a challenge. WiFi was inconsistent. The TV in our room never worked. I called the desk about it and was told they would call me back. They did not. After a few hours when we were going to an event, I took them the remote. Upon return after the event, they told me the remote was fine but the TV needed paired with it and only the cleaning staff knew how. He would have them do it when they cleaned the next day. That would be after we checked out. So yea, 2 nights with no TV either. Horrible service, false advertisement and non-functional basic amenities. We will never go to another Studio 6 again.

However those beds are very uncomfortable. And the amenities as far as the soap and shampoo and conditioner could totally be better also the coffee creamer sugar what have you that should be better and there should be more than one in your room.
