The burger bar opposite Cold, indifferent staff. Oh, and the roach that scurried across the bed.

Clean, good space, quiet place and near to everywhere. The room I got from this place unfortunately doesn’t have a microwave and refrigerator. It is not good because I had to drink warm water.

I absolutely disliked everything about this property. One because it was roach infested I have videos which they are not letting me attach at the bottom and the shower didn’t work and I wasn’t about to sit in the molded tub with my bear body absolutely not. Everything. It was roach infested and the shower didn’t work mold in the tub

My experience wasn't good. The gentleman and the front desk was very friendly, but everything else was bad. The entire property smells like marijuana, and my room has a horrible musty smell. The room had no shampoo or hair dryer. The location of the property isn't in a good area.

There was no coffee maker in the room and coffee was available in the lobby only between 6 and 10 AM. It was clean, but certainly needs some love in updating the rooms, especially the bathroom

I loved the location! It was really close to Utsouthwestern, which is the only reason we came to Dallas. And the way we came in kept us off all the loops and confusing changes. The parking lot by our room was very well lit and no weird people lingering outside! The hot water wasn't working until after 10 pm but I let front desk know immediately and the problem was fixed! The cleaning could have been better on the tables and floors and the bathroom door felt like it was going to fall off, the top hinges were bad so we had to lift the door to shut it. The and no faucet moved all over like it wasn't sturdy and attached properly so had to hold it down to turn water on. But overall very worth the stay!

They let us check in early. We quickly put our stuff in the room then left because we had been running late to our plans. We came back to a hot room where the ac didnt actually work, and we had no hot water.
