Stayed for 5 nights and everything was great! The rooms were clean, staff were extremely friendly, the hotel restaurant has great food at reasonable prices. (Our server Sue was an absolute delight and so much fun) the beds were super comfortable and the taco place in the parking lot was amazing! My only complaint was the smell of the cleaning product they use irritated my sinuses. Great place to stay!

Great staff, easy walk to breweries and the Ballroom.
-
It was a nice hotel. However having to pay for parking was a bummer, and the water pressure in the shower was the worst. Otherwise nice.

I had a great stay. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. Everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. I’d definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others!

Disappointing
-
The entire property was unique. It was really fun to stay there. Only downfall is having to pay to park. The parking lot is on-site. I find it kind of grimey.
-
The hotel was super clean and loved the style. Nothing.
-
Absolutely loved staying here, a short walk to the centre of Dallas. It was also a short walk to the Dallas Farmers Market with a decent little bar. Paying for parking even when you’ve got a reservation.
-
The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was nice and we enjoyed the artsy eclectic vibes. We did have some rust on our shower head, and the street noise at all hours was quite a lot.

There is major construction in front of the hotel. Since it is city construction, they can work at 5 AM. So the amount of noise made by the workers at 5 AM is intolerable. I was unable to sleep the one night I stayed there overall it was a nightmare experience. Additionally the doors to your room do not open easily because the building is old. Therefore, my deadbolt did not work properly, which is obviously very unsafe. Overall, I would not recommend staying in this hotel to anybody.

The towels were rough and hard. I will never stay there again.
