We had a good stay. The property was clean and rooms were clean. Pool was a little small and cold. Breakfast had a lot to offer but we didn’t care for the taste so much. You do get charged $5 a night per car for parking but that wasn’t shown until after we reserved the rooms.

I had to make a last minute change to an adaptive room. The front desk handled my request, over the phone, quickly and efficiently The adaptive room was wonderful, I had a little problem in the bathroom. The problem was quickly fixed by maintenance. I found a light switch on the ironing board cupboard, when pushed, it turned on a delightful nightlight!

Sometime between July 25 and 26, the catalytic converter was stolen from my truck while it was parked near the hotel entrance in a designated “Diamond Elite Reserved” space. The theft resulted in over $2,700 in damages. I completed an incident report, filed a police report, and law enforcement contacted hotel management regarding the incident. Nearly two months later, I have received virtually no meaningful communication from management. IHG Guest Relations escalated my case multiple times and told me management was expected to contact me within 48 hours. No one did. I have also repeatedly called the hotel during weekday business hours. The manager is somehow never available. The courteous front desk staff have taken my information and assured me that management would call back, yet those calls never come. I understand that a hotel cannot prevent every crime. What I cannot understand is management’s apparent lack of concern afterward. After a police report, repeated IHG escalations, and numerous calls, management cannot even provide the courtesy of a return call

Staff was polite, but indifferent. Sort of like saying the right words, but their tone was one of routine boredom.

As soon as I walked in the hotel smelled incredible. The front desk attendant that helped me was polite and professional. When I got to my room it was clean, smelled fresh, and the ac was set to a temperature to get anyone cooled down from the brutal Texas heat. The breakfast was delicious and their little snack pantry was always fully stocked with plenty of different options. When I come back to Texas, I will definitely choose this hotel again. It's also perfectly placed there are plenty of food and shopping options literally within minutes of the hotel.
