We have stayed there multiple times on our trips to Dallas. Always a "go-to" location for our trips there. Clean room, Good breakfast. Comfortable amenities.
-
Broken, rundown rooms that I would describe as trash. Shouldn't even be rented out to people.

The staff was exceptional

Overall we had a great experience staying here. My only two complaints was that our mini fridge did not work in our room and that our thermostat in our room just didn't cool off the room as much as I was hoping. So it was a tad stuffy at times. I did let the GM know, as she was the person who was working the desk at checkout. She was very apologetic and reassured me those things would get taken care of. Overall though, the location is right off the highway and everything is about a 5-20 minute commute depending where you are wanting to go, which was nice that everything was close! I would for sure stay here again, even with one minor mishap. Breakfast was good each morning and goes till 10 am, which worked out for us perfectly.

Hotel was a standard for 3 stars. The room was spacious, and the bathroom was good. AC worked well, as well as the wifi. The breakfast did not have many options, however it was acceptable. The hotel is quite far away from the downtown, so the easiest option is to use Uber or Lyft. In our room, safety box did not work, since our arrival. W e reported the problem at the reception several times, and each time we were promised that it will be fixed in the morning at 9am or they will give us a new room. When no one came to fix the problem until 11:30 am, we asked for the new room, however the resppnse was that they did not have any rooms available. We needed to leave our documents and other valuable items in the safety box because they were not permited at the stadium (FIFA World Cup match). We were very dissappointed because they did not care about our request, as well as the promises of fixed the problem (we lost several hours because of their promises which were not fullfiled).

The location

Clean, quiet, totally worth the great price!

Definitely not worth it. Dirty hallway carpets. Dirty elevators. Broken glass screen in elevator . Laundry but no detergent for sales. Breakfast- pancake machine , but not working. You check in- but the front desk girl listening to music on her phone. Hallway carpets dirty and stained . Door frames rusted. Not going there ever .

Bad

Staff was rude, room has stained carpet and they charged me 7 dollars to park my car. I not sure why they would charge me to park my car. Definitely the first time I had to pay to park at a Holliday express hotel.
-
The hotel charges $7 for parking, ostensibly for security purposes, but no security measures are being implemented. This is a deceptive practice. Despite paying for a king bed, I was provided with a double twin bed. Additionally, the shower door failed to close properly. When I requested a late check-out, the hotel staff woke me up at 9:30 AM and called the front desk to confirm my late checkout at 12 PM. Subsequently, they began knocking at 11:30 AM. I strongly advise against visiting this establishment.
