Fairfield Inn & Suites Dallas West/i-30

Room was clean, staff was helpful, breakfast was good - loved the Texas shaped waffles! plenty of parking. We had no issues during our stay. Only 20 mins from the airport DFW.

Cedric showed genuine compassion and hospitality when I needed it most. He went out of his way to help me, made sure I was taken care of, and was able to get me into my room early so I could rest and prepare before the funeral. That act of kindness alone changed the entire course of my day. What impressed me most was that his care didn’t feel transactional or like he was simply doing his job. He treated me and my family like people. During a difficult family weekend, that kind of warmth, patience and consideration meant more than he probably realizes. The hotel itself was comfortable and served our needs well, but Cedric is the reason I would recommend this property and return. Great hospitality is about how you make people feel, especially when they’re going through something difficult, and Cedric absolutely understands that. Please make sure management recognizes him. He represented the hotel exceptionally well, and my family and I are genuinely grateful for how well he took care of us.

Very good

Very clean and safe

I had reserved a suite for 5 people. They didn’t have one available but they were awesome and gave us 2 joining rooms for only a fraction over the reserved price. They were very accommodating! Appreciated the service. Thank you!

simple hotel stuff that is necessary for a comfortable stay. More water available for mug fill ups should be a given too.

Very clean and check-in and check-out was fast and easy. Friendly staff as well

Rooms were clean and the lady that checked me in was super friendly. Not in a sketchy areas either which is what I was expecting for the price. Also loved that checkout is at noon! Will stay again.
