Very clean & comfortable. The staff was friendly & helpful. Room was spacious & clean. Breakfast was awesome, wide variety of hot & cold dishes as well as fresh fruit

Clean rooms, great breakfast

Very disappointing experience. We arrived to find the available luggage carts unusable, with flat tires and loose/broken components, and the lobby was extremely hot and humid. Our first room had a strong mildew/musty odor and what appeared to be mold covering the air vents. After reporting this, we were moved only two doors down. Unfortunately, the replacement room had even more concerning issues. The air vent appeared to have been freshly painted and was still wet to the touch, seemingly covering the same type of issue. The room also had a sink separating from the countertop, hair on the counter and bedding, and toilet paper lodged inside an air vent. The room was clearly not in acceptable condition. We were traveling with our three young children and ultimately did not feel comfortable staying there, so we had to pack everything back up, find another hotel, and relocate. This completely disrupted our birthday weekend. I have photos documenting the conditions and have filed a formal complaint with the hotel and Hilton. I strongly recommend that management thoroughly inspect these rooms and address the underlying maintenance and cleanliness issues rather than simply covering them up.

Exceptional

The room wasn’t the cleanest. Still had food crumbs on the counters, the floor wasn’t clean, the carpet had sticky stuff in it, there was hair in the bathroom. Other than the cleanliness of the room, our experience was good.

A/C in room 511 didn’t work properly, shower head had to be replaced, and there was also a leak

THE BREAKFAST WAS GREAT, LOTS OF CHOICES AND THE OMELETS ARE WONDERFUL, THAT IS ONE REASON I PICK EMBASSY WHEN YOU ARRIVE YOU GET A CARD FOR 2 COMPLIMENTARY DRINKS FROM THE BAR, BUT THIS MUST BE USED BEFORE 6:30, MORE TIME TO USE THE DRINK CARD WOULD BE NICE.

We always stay at the Embassy Suites but this time was different. We were never given water bottles when we checked in. We had to ask for them after seeing other people asking for them as part of check in. We had breakfast on Saturday morning in our room. We then left for the day to return to our room being cleaned but the breakfast food was still on the table. If we wanted to keep it we would have put it in the fridge. We then wake up on Sunday and left for the day again to once again return to the same omelet still in our room. This is very discouraging from staying again.

I do love the Embassy Suites model. They have a variety of rooms and configurations. We have a large family and they can usually accommodate us is one or two rooms. The amenities are nice (reception each evening). Employees are always friendly and helpful.

I like the staff the guy that checked us in the important one lol, he made the stay feel alive, and made us us want to come back Ac in rooms is not that good had it on 65 and it was still hot in the room, just need better vents that points down and kitchen staff needs more help cause the lady was getting orders wrong

I’ve stayed at the Embassy for years! I think it’s time for updates and many locations! I also requested a room with a decent view and got to look at a semi truck yard.

Could use more staff to help with servicing on the weekends

Staff provided little to no information during checking (parking location, room location, meals, check out, etc.). Room was poorly maintained and very well used. A lot of noise throughout the night.
