Best Western Plus Newport Mesa Inn

Clean, modern and good room amenities. Breakfast was lacking. Bare bones. Could have been augmented with other food choices.

Unusual glam lobby in a liminal expressway neighborhood, but clean, well appointed, and priced reasonably for the area.

This is probably one of the most impressive hotels we have stayed in. The foyer/checkin are being the nicest and cleanest we have seen in years. The staff at checkin and checkout were wonderful! It continues to the spotless elevator and the decor in both is spot on, wonderful! The room carried all this forward with crown molding and soothing well done paint colors. I might add the air conditioning worked wonderfuuy and made almost no sound. Since we got a room because of the heat here in Costa Mesa, This Best Western really deserves as high a rating as possible!! This place is a diamond in the rough!! And they have underground parking, do not see that much, other than large hotels that charge a fee!!

We were very impressed during our stay. The interior is so nice with a pretty lobby area and newer carpeting throughout the hallways. Breakfast was great with a helpful staff. Great spot and a great value.

The staff was kind and helpful. Bed was comfy and the shower was not low flow. That is definitely a good thing.
