Exceptional

Price was good for what was offered.

Amazing clean place and very friendly staff. Liked the little store in the lobby and the room AC was really cold on point!!

Clean room spacious , breakfast can do better.

During our stay there was a problem with the ice machine, but it was repaired prior to our leaving. In the workout room repairs need to be made-one of the mirrors on the wall was missing. A gas barbecue is available, but all those who smoke used the same area. Breakfast had limited variety. Bed was poor quality, pillows were very thin.

It was nice place to stay while visiting family

How I was able to relax in the lounge with no problems and play pool with family I didn’t like that one but staff worker was rude

Rooms were clean and breakfast was warm and hot with a good variety. The best thing is that they had coffee day and night!!

Nice breakfast, good coffee. Staff was very courteous.

Staff was amazing, the lady working the front desk was polite and very efficient when we called to deal with an issue. The location is great lots of restaurants indoor pool and not to far from the beach We had a ton of ants crawling all over we had to switch rooms but the receptionist was quick about dealing with it all. The new room had an ac that smelled very moldy and didnt quite cool the room down as much as we would like. It was also very very loud (ac)

We enjoyed our stay here, the room was as expected & the property was close to areas we needed to get to.

Muy limpia

The bed was really firm, the room and shower were really small. There was a fee at the hotel that was reimbursed at the end minus a small amount that book.com kept.

The location was good, close to heb/target and small fast food restaurants. The bed was really firm, the room and shower were really small. There was a fee at the hotel that was reimbursed at the end minus a small amount that book.com kept.

We always love our stay here at this hotel. I’ve never had any problems. The breakfast is delicious. The rooms are cold, the bed is comfortable, the shower is refreshing. The only small issue that I have is constantly have to feel the coffee and hot water dispensers and sometimes I have to wait a little for them to get those refilled. Or sometimes the hot water is not hot, but it’s an easy fix by sticking it in the microwave.

It’s truly a home away from home feeling…

The reception area looked very dusty and the tables dirty. Room was ok. The room is small.

Na

That it was new and updated Our key card didnt work the whole time we were there. Turns out the key fob needed to be charged. We had to get someone to let us in our room like 4 times. There was also hair in the shower from someone previously staying in the room.
