Motel 6 Corpus Christi, TX – North

Cockroach on bathroom, bed bug when we moved bedsheets, ceilings looked hummed and opened or cracked, bed looked smaller than king size, people drinking and walking around parking lot, it did not feel secure. Nothing looked like advertised pictures in web. We left with a itching sensation.

Worst place ever moved me from room to room because their rooms were so badly beaten down the second room I was moved into didn’t lock and someone had tried to open my room door I went to the front demanding compensation for the rest of days that I would not be staying there the only good thing was I got my money back for the days I didn’t stay DONT STAY HERE

The room itself was horrible. Mold. Soft floor. Literal patches of wood and cracked tiles with poor patch work because they still moved... so did the toilet. For over $100 a night there are much better places to stay.

Both rooms I had reservations for had plumbing issues. The shower in one would not come on the other one would turn on and then not off. Floors in both rooms had soft spots from the leaking air conditioner units. One of the rooms the toilet tank had been ca caulked to fix a break in it. There was mold on the ceiling of both rooms. The staff member I felt with while trying to check in the second room was rude and very unprofessional. When I went to try to get the issue resolved with second rooms shower issues she was rude again and then when the water would not run off she was argumentative when told I wanted a new hotel due to the lack of care to this unit. Staff was also rude coming out and telling someone who was parking there to check in. Over all the place was in need or repair and some retraining of staff. I’m not staying at this place again. It turned a family trip into a stressful situation.

Pros: Your right off the highway ,Mexican restaurant STEPS away ,decent pool ,ice machine, pretty good cameras throughout the whole motel that actually work & you can see when your checking in lots of cameras! They had a gentleman walking the property all night to make sure nobody messes with the rooms/vehicles. The AC works just fine had it at 66 all night. Cons: The smell of mildew is there and ready to say hello. The card reader on my door wasn’t working properly but that’s okay because they helped me get into my room anyways. The toilet seat moves lol.

Probably one of the worst hotels I've stayed at. Bed was broken, towels had stains, main light was broken and we had to fix it ourselves cause maintenance never came, had to go get batteries twice for the remote and TV had lines across the screen. Brought this to the attention of the front desk and they did nothing. Stay away from here.

Yes. It states on their website that breakfast is included and their is absolutely No breakfast. The room smelled moldy.
