Needs a big-time cleaning and upgrade.

Staff was great. Hotel is about 10 mins walk from Hillard Center.

The hotel itself is older and unfortunately does not appear to have been well maintained or renovated. Some of the furniture was very old, damaged, or even broken. However, the bed was very comfortable, and the front desk staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. This is a beautiful hotel with a lot of potential. With some updating, repairs, and better maintenance, it could be an amazing place to stay. The views and location are definitely worth mentioning! Would of been nice if we were able to open the balcony door to feel the ocean breeze.

Mildew in showers, old carpets, gross smell, no phone in the rooms, balconies are bolted shut.

Hotel needs some maintenance, you can tell it has better times, small details like paper put together with staples, this is compensated with the great staff they are nice and helpful.

Food was excellent at the bar. Music was great.

Breakfast was good. Told front desk 2 times that our sink was clogged and we had to do things in the shower. Wash face, brush teeth, etc. This issue was never addressed No attention to issue with sink

The rooms were dirty, never cleaned as the fridge still had drinks, trash was in the room and no toilet paper.

No problems or anything with our stay. Everything was great.

My stay at the Holiday Inn Corpus Christi downtown. Marina was deeply disappointing. Check-in was chaotic despite being eligible for early check-in, no rooms are ready and housekeeping hadn’t arrived. My request for a bottom floor room was ignored placing me on the floor floor. While the bedsheets were clean, the room was plugged by maintenance failures. The toilet had several plumbing issues, requiring staff verification of backups, and the bathtub was extremely dingy. Electrical outlets were largely non-functional, requiring constant cord wiggling to charge devices. Accessibility and safety were major concerns, the elevators lacked braille and audio cues, forcing reliance on the service elevator. The door is closed, dangerously fast, causing an individual’s cane to be crushed.

A tired and old hotel with someone in our party reporting bedbugs. Another person had to be given a different room as the room door would not automatically lock when leaving. There was no electrical plug in by the desk. Elevator doors close way too fast. Needs updating.

I love staying here! It’s out little home away from home. The views are amazing.

There was no soap in the room, when had to ask the front desk for soap. They said some one would bring it to the room but it never came.

House keeper walked in on me nude. I had notified front desk, and previous house keeper prior. They failed to communicate with each other and invaded my privacy.
