Fairfield Inn & Suites Corpus Christi

I love the fact that there is no carpet in the rooms. It still felt slightly stuffy but I find that’s become a normal in hotels of this price range. Bathroom smelled and was out of date. I know it’s a waste of toilet paper but I hate when they have a half empty roll. In the area, I find this hotel room much more comfortable than the others. I did not see pool but from the parking lot you cannot see which I think is a good thing. Fitness room smelled stuffy but had a good vibe. Breakfast was good, hard boiled and egg cheese omelet as the egg choice. My room also had an annoying clicking sound all night but I figured it was just the ac. Honestly th

Breakfast didn't have much flavor, bland

No cold water on shower only boiling water almost got really bad burn on my legs Soap dispensers for bath body was broken Lady in the afternoon and night is very nice people in the morning are very rude

Everytime I visit Corpus Christi this is where I stay... The best staff... Literally walking distance to shopping center and about a mile away from the mall... I always feel very safe and comfortable here... Just perfect 👍

The hotel had a bad smell the minute you walked into the lobby and hallway. The room smelled even worse, very very moldy smell filled the room, and bad smell came from the bathroom. Sunday couldn't come fast enough for us to checkout.

The customer service when you arrive was very welcoming, The rooms were clean and breakfast was served in the morning. Will definitely stay here again when coming down to Corpus Christi.

Staff was helpful. The room was clean. Breakfast was good.

We went for just an overnight stay, the staff was very friendly, room was clean, bed was amazingly comfortable and the ac was cold. We slept very well that night.

Availability Parking lot

Great staff and room. It was inconvenient that the dryers were not working. Pool was full of baby roaches so that was disappointing.

Felt old

The room had ants crawling in that had made it around the base of both beds and on the nightstands. Into the light switches on the bed. Further inspection found them also in the bathroom. Being in town with my children and granddaughter for my grandfathers funeral and being a disabled veteran, we had a lot of things to carry and were offered the only first floor room so I chose to spray the ants rather than try to move rooms. The next day I discover the ants were coming in thru a broken window, and now joining them were a couple roaches. The room was horrible but the grounds were nasty. Trash was never taken out until it was a heap (publicly) and our rooms were never cleaned). And breakfast wasn’t edible

Fairfield is not what it used to be needs property upgrades

The room was very clean and spacious. They were able to assign us a handicap room which helped us out a lot. The breakfast was hot and delicious. I just wish the room had a microwave in it.

Definitely a great choice for hotels on SPID. The only caution would be for people with lowered cars. The ways in and out of the hotel are inclined and may cause you to scrape your front, especially if you have a splitter. For most of the motoring public, this caveat does not apply. We have been here 3 times now and have always had a good experience. Added bonus: they are only 1-3 miles away from the best seafood restaurant in the area (Saltwater Grill), the best breakfast restaurant in the area (Andy's Country Kitchen), and the best steakhouse (Ol' Steakhouse Co.) in the area.

The front desk staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. They were always accommodating. The breakfast was also good and offered a nice start to the day. One thing to be aware of is the housekeeping policy. If you're staying for less than a week, don't expect your sheets to be changed every five days unless you specifically request it. Otherwise, housekeeping will only replace your towels. It wasn't a major issue since I requested a sheet change on my third day, but it would have been nice to know this policy in advance. The shower water pressure was a disappointment; it felt like I was trying to shower in the rain. If you have long hair, be prepared for it to take a while to rinse. The TV also had about six bright spots in the middle of the screen that were very distracting while watching. In addition, the TV guide didn't work, so I had to flip through channels one by one. Every time the TV was turned off, it reset, meaning I had to start searching through the channels all over again. Overall, I had a good stay. These were minor inconveniences and not enough to turn an otherwise positive experience into a negative one. Kudos to the front desk staff for their friendliness and excellent customer service.
