Great stay for one night stay, guy at the desk was very helpful

Don’t book at this hotel! The bathroom and room was nasty . I took pictures to prove it. I reached out to management no response!
-
It was ok Didn't like the fact that my room had to be changed out twice. Due to the fact, there was mode in the bathroom.

We really enjoyed staying at the hotel. My family and I were very impressed.

The rooms were not properly cleaned, the bathrooms did not function properly, and the overall condition of the hotel was extremely outdated. After being moved around three times, I was honestly exhausted and frustrated because I should not have had to go through all of that just to get a clean and functional room. For the price I paid, I expected a much better experience. I understand that things can happen, but having problems with multiple rooms and still not receiving a room that met basic cleanliness and maintenance standards is unacceptable. This was by far one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had, and I would seriously think twice before staying here again.

There were a number of item in disrepair in the room I was in. Specifically, a globe was missing on the light in the bathroom; the faucet fixture was loose and moved around; the sink drained extremely slowly; the seal on the shower door was ripped and allowed water to get on the floor; the refrigerator was not mounted and moved around when the door was opened. Additionally, the light switch on the entry hallway did not work causing the light to stay on even at night. I finally got the light off, then it wouldn’t come back on. There were “stains” on the tables; they looked like dried soda stains. The cost of 2 beers was $16 at the bar and the prices for food were stupid! I could go on, but I think you get the idea! This place is NOT Hilton standards.

It was in an area with various shopping. The carpets were stained in the hallway and worn through in our room. Also, when we arrived we were told the raking room we reserved wasn't available and given a queen. Instead of apologizing for the inconvience the person that checked us in didn't tell us the time for breakfast and didn't connect our Hilton Honors membership.

The room wasn’t clean at the time of checking. There was food still in refrigerator from the previous guest, room hadn’t been vacuumed, phone didn’t work in room, bathroom had hair all over the vanity, bathroom spelled like dirty Clorox water, desks weren’t wiped down, and showe wasn’t completely cleaned.
-
Room was clean looking till I tried to get in bed. Bed was made but sheets were dirty. Food crumbs, hair, and other fabric balls
-
Overall the stay was fill with little problem such as tv remote inoperable. Could not get the thermostat to work. They said things operated by Bluetooth but I was not instructed about all of this when I checked in. There was a smell in the bathroom.

The room wasn’t clean, sheets was dirty and concierge didn’t accommodate us

Front desk staff was awesome and helpful. The hotel location was extremely convenient and the hotel itself was very comfortable with plenty of parking. The only issues were that the price of breakfast was high for what was actually available and that a group of unsupervised children/preteens literally ran up and down the hall yelling all night.

Staff was super friendly and had excellent customer service. The shower door didn’t close all the way leaving the bathroom floor soaked whenever someone took a shower. TV remotes didn’t work so we didn’t watch TV while there. Even after the staff provided a new remote it worked once then stopped.

The room was clean. The shade did not block out the light right outside the room .

Very clean and really nice room and friendly staff

Our room caught on fire, thus was told to the property and they have done nothing to resolve it. I am also filing this complaint with Hilton
