Good hotel would go again

Clean rooms and staff were very helpful

Breakfast was very good. Most staff was very nice. Shower was dirty. Massive stains on carpet and peeling wallpaper in hallways. Pool was closed for maintenance the entire week.

Everything was wonderful!!

My room was probably the nicest suite that I’ve ever stayed in. The room had everything I could possibly want. The bed was very comfortable with soft sheets.

The hotel was nice and clean in a nice area. The hotel staff were above and beyond anything I've experienced in a long time! They were fantastic!

Staff were very friendly and nice. The room was run down. Wallpaper was peeling off in the hallway on the second floor. Our bathroom had part of the ceiling falling apart from what looked like a water leak repair. There was yellow grime around the bottom of the shower. The blinds were damaged and ripped on one side. We took the stairs to the second floor for exercise and noticed the floor could use some vacuuming. Most of the issues were in the room, but aside from that, the staff was great.

Great stay and location. Everything is available within in a mile of your location.

They would frequently only problem is that the doors to the room need to be adjusted. It would sometimes not close without some small force. One of the entrance doors from outside would stick and was hard to open even after tapping your room card.

The breakfast was quite good. A large number of choices!

Room was clean, beds comfortable and staff was very helpful. Great location in the heart of everything.

We were in room 310. The room was very clean, no issue with that, but there was a musty smell throughout our stay.

Maybe stay open till 10am

Alot of variety of foods for breakfast. It was very nice! Very clean! Service was with a smile! Maybe stay open till 10am

I payed for Thursday Friday and then payed for Saturday later then they made me pay again even though I showed that I payed

The room was decent but could have been cleaner. There were a few holes in the walls, but I didn’t see any roaches or bed bugs, so it was clean enough overall.

Checked in Friday night 6/19. Room was very nice. We put our cooler stuff in the fridge. Saturday morning my wife made a cup of coffee in the kitchenette. We stayed in a suite and there was a kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, and one cup coffee maker. She tried to make another cup of coffee and apparently a fuse blew to the kitchenette. Microwave and refrigerator went off. We moved the coffee maker to another electrical outlet and it worked fine. Called the front desk about the blown fuse before we left for the day. Got back mid afternoon and still no refrigerator or microwave. I called the front desk again and they said it was noted. Got back around sundown Saturday and still no kitchenette. We called again to the front desk. We went out to breakfast Sunday morning and the housekeeper was in our room when we got back. Told her about the problem and she said they blow fuses all the time in the suites and better rooms. She also said they had a person who was supposed to respond to things like that over the weekend. Not sure why that was not done. She said she would look into it and about 3 minutes later the power came back on! The other housekeeper on the floor fixed the problem! We were inconvenienced for over 24 hours and all our refrigerator stuff was not kept chilled. Nothing we had to throw away thankfully. Housekeeping gets an A+ but front desk response to the problem gets an F.

Room smelled so moldy, shower was dirty and lamp shade was stained with who knows what. Breakfast wasn’t ready until 7:15 most guest just left instead of waiting.
