Nothing. Everything. The rude staff and their friends, the partying going on at 4:30 AM in the lobby due to a staff member, slamming doors, and all of this happened after finding out one of the managers cancelled my booking without my consent, then had to give us the only room they had available…it was gross, the bathroom wall had urine on it, the kitchenette was disgusting, I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. It was an absolute nightmare, we left at 7 am that morning….we had slept maybe 3 hours. They said they would refund us and cancel our stay, we have yet to be refunded and it says we are still booked with them…our stay should have been cancelled no later than today at 11:30 AM when check out time is…I am writing this review at 10:57 PM. Stay here at your own risk.

The hotel itself was clean and more than adequate. However, it is in a TERRIBLE part of town, not a safe area at all

I'll be honest, pulling up to the location and see what's going on in the area. I was very hesitant. but once I ride I was completely taken by surprise. the staff is extremely helpful. the property is well lit, and my room was exceptionally clean. definitely a diamond in the rough

These people are scammers. I still didn’t get my deposit back which was 75. I called they said the gonna check the room they still haven’t it been a week. The room was clean the bathroom was okay . But the bed sheets had stains.

First room we got into was not cleaned beforehand. Sheets had burn holes and the previous people who stayed had food left in the hotel as well. The staff was nice and did let us get another room, and they were helpful when we needed something. But the place just was not clean or professional. I guess I couldn't expect much from the area we were in, but the price should at least reflect that.

This is not a place for family's to stay at!!!!!

Good location from where we were going to. Close to the concert venue. To many people just hanging around the property and they were not staying at the property. They only had one cart and when we left we had to carry all our stuff down without a cart and we needed one.

I had called and asked for housekeeping to come get the dirty towels & replace them. We also spilled some juice on the side of the bed and asked them to change the blankets but the lady on the phone said they can’t make the beds unless it’s a check out room. So we had to clean it the best we could and sleep on the opposite side of the bed.

Overall a great stay, close to the party we were going to be attending and very comfortable. I loved that the room had a fridge, microwave and stove!. Breakfast couldve been better. When we first arrived it smelled like weed outside and i was scared our room would smell but it didnt! The location had us a bit confused since theres so many hotels before this one. Our room was not cleaned while we were gone, and we couldve used more towels but thats about it. We were there for only 2 nights so that wasnt a big deal for us.
