No pool no breakfast roaches broken doors burn holes in bed linens disgusting property

Staff tried to make me wait for towels after we had asked for towels the first day and never received any. When I demanded towels they finally produced the towels they said they didn’t have. Lot of vagrants hanging around and the room had a bunch of things broken! The entire facility needs a whole new paint job. Would never stay again!

I checked in and went to inspect the room first thing. I see when I opened the door is a cockroach crawling on the bathroom doorframe.\n I then proceeded into the room to inspect a little further and noticed all types of stains on both bed sets. Turn around and walk out.

Expensive hotel for the quality. Bathroom sink was falling off the wall. And the AC unit, though it was working, was falling apart. Bed not comfortable at all!!!

The room was clean. Tye staff very helpful. Air conditioner was very noisy. No gym or breakfast.

The bedding looked clean. Wish i had a black light to be sure. But my room definitely need some cleaning especially the bathroom. The tub had a hair in it plus i saw a roach.next to my bed. The wood

Room smelled strongly of urine, bathroom shower was falling apart, the shower head is coming out of the wall and the side of the shower was peeling everywhere, giant hole in the bathroom wall behind door, no garbage can in the room anywhere, there was a defunct tv that i assume they removed from the mount on the wall to replace with another tv but they left the broken tv on the ground of our room... was never given the wifi info to even use the tv and we checked out the same day we checked in and decided to drive home instead of staying. Should have requested a refund but just didn't feel like dealing with any of it. Staff seemed nice enough but this place is not what I would consider comfortably habitable by most reasonable folks standards. Very shocked at the quality of this Howard Johnson.

Place was not very clean bathroom was dusty and floor was dirty

It took me forever to find the ice machine.

No swimming pool no breakfast as advertised. The place is full of mold and dirty and poorly maintained. The photos on Expedia are not representing the reality. Don't go there!!!

I saw two rats. Got charged extra money and had to argue to get it taken off. Bath tub was so dirty I wore shoes to shower. DO NOT STAY HERE I DO NOT ONOW HOW THEY ARE STILL OPEN FOR BUISNESS

Awful. Do not stay here. It's right by the projects, the room was dirty and we had bugs crawling on us as we were trying to sleep. The room smelled musty, we had 3 guests and they provided 1 single towel, and only 1 of the beds had pillowcases. At checkout, they accused me of stealing towels. Unbelievable, do not stay here.

Nothing, it was horrible and disgusting

There was way too many crackheads and prostitutes then there was a lot of roaches in our room like the bug roaches. Yeah our room was like completely covered. It was disgusting.
