Holiday Inn Express & Suites Columbus - Worthington by IHG

The location was great and the room was very comfortable with good amenities. It was nice to have hot and cold water available 24/7 via the fitness room! We had a little bit of a wait for our room, but the front desk was very friendly and we weren't waiting for more than 10 minutes. Under the bed was pretty messy with lots of crumbs from previous guests -- not that we needed to spend any time there, but when you're doing a yoga practice on the floor next to it, it's not the greatest sight!

Very good

I really liked how clean the entire hotel was. I also felt very safe in the area.

I was disappointed. I booked 2 rooms for our family trip and only 1 room was ready at 3pm (check in) had to wait over an hour for the second room to be ready. The staff were rude and seemed burdened by our presence. They didn’t enforce the quiet hours at all!! Sounded like a block party in the hallway and in the room next to us at 3 am. The only saving grace was the parking and the breakfast was great even though the tables weren’t clean. I won’t book here again while in Columbus, OH

the lady at the desk was kind and helpful

My stay was very comfortable! The room was clean and I appreciate the variety of the complimentary breakfast that they served. The parking lot was very bright at night and I felt very safe. I’ve stayed here twice and had no problems. I’ll definitely stay here again!!!

Clean room. Comfortable bed. Excellent hot breakfast Honestly, it was a great hotel. Wish we would have had more time there. Did not have time to check out the pool.

The room was nice, quiet, and clean. We didn’t use any amenities because we arrived late and left early, but the treadmills looked to be in great shape. Breakfast was typical. I appreciated that items had labels. We would stay there again.

The staff was very nice and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. Very nice hotel for an overnight stay, parking right next to the door. Quiet. The breakfast was very good also. I would stay there again next trip to Columbus.
