Holiday Inn Express & Suites Columbus - Easton Area by IHG

Straight forward, very welcoming host, room freshly made and clean, even when I arrived earlier than expected they made it work without any issues and got me a room as soon as they could

The staff were all very friendly and welcoming and was able to help when needed The pool was closed. I specifically booked because there was an indoor pool. Very disappointing

The hotel and room was clean and comfortable. The free breakfast was not very good and needs improvement.

Clean, friendly staff, liked having a fitness center Prefer a memory foam pillow. Should have that option No wipes in fitness center to clean touch points before/after using equipment. No water source in fitness center

The room had an odd stench to it, the were floodlights aimed directly at the rooms, TV had streaks through the panel. Staff was helpful!

Superb

The only small downside was that the pillows weren't super comfortable; they were adequate, but not as full as I'm used to.

Everything was great except our sink needed to be unclogged. It kept backing up. When the house keepers clean they need to pay attention to those things and get it taken care of.

staff and breakfast

The breakfast was delicious. There was such a variety to choose from and the waitress was wonderful. She kept refilling the food and was very friendly. I cannot think of a thing. Maybe that it was too bad we were not staying a bit longer.

Great hotel stay and near plenty of shopping and restaurants.

The room was clean but the air conditioner was leaking water on the rug. Outside of that, we enjoyed our short stay at rhis location. Good breakfast and gym was clean.

Very good

Friendly staff and clean rooms

It was just a nice place Nothing was wrong

Nothing was wrong

I checked out over a week ago and there's still a 75 dollar hold on my credit card. That is unacceptable

Very good
