Holiday Inn Express Hotels & Suites Columbus-Polaris Parkway by IHG

Great place to stay. Clean, helpful, and awesome location.

The rooms are newer. They are clean and well set up. The lobby and breakfast area are all new. Very nice. A big breakfast selection. Parking is good and we like that that have security. This was our second stay here and will continue to use it in the future.

It was very nice however they require $100 for incidental that’s quite a bit not happy with that

First time to this location, we were very impressed. As people who check out hotels all over Columbus, we were pleasantly surprised. Large, spacious rooms, comfy beds, nice shower. 24 hour coffee is always a plus. They have a very unique pool for kids! I only wish someone could monitor the crowd. Good service, thank you Del & Emanuel. The manager was very kind and helping with breakfast. I only wish they still had a hot tub. (We did leave our firestick and never heard back as to if you found it if you can please give us a call) Thank you!

Everything, clean, comfortable, inviting!

The rooms were very clean. Amenities were plenty and stay was comfortable. Parking lots kinda small but other than that no real major issues

Clean room, very quiet at night could not hear neighbors.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. Great pool and breakfast too.

Breakfast

I didn't like the amount of chlorine in the pool. The smell was overpowering.

Very nice person at the desk. Great big pool. Clean rooms. Squeaky water accessories in the pool echoed throughout the entire pool area

We had a great time. Check in was great & staff very caring. Breakfast was good. We are local & I took my 4 & 5 year old for the holiday for a staycation.

Nice clean room and staff was great!

Always a pleasure staying here. This was our 4th time and the upgrades that were done look amazing. Will be back for #5. First night sounded like someone was yelling or arguing outside or in the hallways but it stopped after about 1130 I still wish there was a hot tub for the adults.

pool

The hot tub was concreted over, and it was very loud at night from traffic

Very clean and well maintained and the breakfast was great. My kids enjoyed the pool and the quietness

Overall great hotel and large pool, very kid friendly!

Room was very big. They were able to put our family on the same floor close by.. thank you for that.
