Staff was great but water pressure wasn’t good, water was not hot, only warm. Room fridge went out in the middle of the night and spoiled our stuff. But it was clean and breakfast was good as expected.

Excellent stay! Can’t wait to go again next year for LostLands 2027!
-
Location was perfect, which iswhyi chose it. Very bad breakfast, a surprise cpark8ng charge of $10 a day, no room refreshments at all.
-
Pillows were old and uncomfortable, handle to glass shower doors was loose, breakfast wasn't great.
-
Breakfast was so so. Don’t care for the plastic forks and knives, etc.
-
Staff was so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent offering a nice variety

$10 parking fee for a normal hotel parking lot. Clearly an esoteric upcharge to appear less expensive than they really are. Also, pullows were little squares, and not comfortable. Mattress had no plastic cover. Typical kind of Fairfield generally

Sandy, the shuttle driver, is amazing. She drove safely and was polite and friendly. She took care of our group's special need with transporting a wheelchair.
-
Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Facilities were clean and well maintained. Great access to hospitals.

An extra bonus was the hotel had a free shuttle to the OSU football game. The driver did an excellent job.
-
Room and stay were wonderful! My only complaint was that none of the shower stuff was filled up and we did find quite a few crumbs throughout the room upon arrival. Otherwise, everything was wonderful for our 1 night stay.
