Comfort Suites Columbus East Broad

Exceptional

It was close to our event. It wasn’t clean, wasn’t well maintained, and had a sewage odor. There were exposed wires at the AC unit.

Friendly staff, clean and well kept Nothing

Our room was spacious and very comfortable for a 3 night stay. Breakfast was good and having coffee, cookies and lemon water available later in the day was a nice touch. Room was serviced each day with fresh towels, trash emptied and beds made. The Spectrum TV signal would drop occasionally but that is not the hotel's fault, just annoying.

Nice motel wonderful service

Could hear guests above me walking in room

Everything was extremely clean, staff was always helpful, parking lot was big so there was never an issue to find a spot, the only thing I could say is that the breakfast quality could be a lot better, the eggs weren't the best, or the waffles, or the sausage, so definitely need to work on that, my gf spat the eggs out during the first bite but aside from that everything else was amazing.

As expected...nothing over-the-top. Very comfortable stay. Thank you!!

Great place and saff

Good

The room was very nice and very clean. I wish there was more handicap parking.

Booked this hotel because online it says there is an airport shuttle but there was not, called when I got to the airport and after finding this out I requested to cancel because I didnt have money to Uber. They would not do that so instead I slept in the airport

Booked room through Expedia. Arrived to find hotel full and no booking.

Clean room and friendly staff

Some flooring issues around and cracked caulking in the bathroom.

The room was very nice, spacious and clean. Bed and sheets were very comfy! We had a sofa with coffee table and huge TV. Slept great. Location was near restaurants. Will definitely stay here again!
