Great clean location. The AC in our room wasn’t overly cold and it felt like the heat was on in the hallways of each floor. Odd for mid September. Staff was nice overall minus when we walked in looking for a bathroom and was told “There is a sign on the other end of the reception desk”

Room was not ready for check-in at 4pm. They said to give them an hour. Waited 2 hours and did not receive a call. Housekeeping never showed up to clean room. Had to call for clean towels. Stayed 2 nights. Mold in shower.

We were not allowed to check in early so when we returned at 12:30am they did not have our room clean and made us wait even though we had called and tried to check in earlier. Room was rough and walls looked terrible. Was stuffy and moldy smelling.

For someone who is loyal to the Hilton brand, this stay felt like I was staying at a cheap motel. Keep in mind, this hotel is in south Georgia in September. It was 94 degrees this day. The room never got below 82 degrees because the AC did not work. I called maintenance to fix the problem. The maintenance guy was really nice but stated that the "Wall unit is overriding the mounted unit". Meaning, the AC wouldn't work. Needless to say, I couldn't sleep as the room was way too hot. I was told that they were "sold out" and couldn't move me to another room. On top of that all, the room wasn't cleaned. I did not have any towels, none, zero, zip!! Is this really a Hilton hotel property!? Awful. Furthermore, there were hangers hanging from the adjoining room door handle. This room was clearly not cleaned. I feel like I spent my hard earned money for a roof over my head. No sleep, no AC, had to call for basic towels. This is absolutely ridiculous. Oh, and yes. I took pictures of everything! What a rip off that I couldn't get my money back!! It would be nice to be contacted from a manager at Hilton but I'm sure that they won't take my horrific customer experience seriously. As someone who has purchased a timeshare with Hilton and is faithful and loyal to the brand, what a let down. No AC in the summer in Georgia, no towels, dirty and uncleaned room. All in 1 stay. Wow

Went to a 50th anniversary party.

Room was ok, AC wasn't working the greatest and AC on the floor wasn't working at all. Elevators didn't work and had to use the Service one. Alot of the shampoo, conditioner and soap in the room were empty.
