Springhill Suites by Marriott Columbia near Fort Jackson

Had an amazing stay. Would highly recommend.

The room wasn’t cleaned properly. There was hair in the shower and on the floors of the room. Sheets looked tan and not clear white. For the price of the room it should have been much better.

I loved my stay!

The room was super clean. Staff was super nice.

Hotel was nice and new. Breakfast was very bland. I"ve much better.the area around hotel is run down. No good places to eat. Just some crappy fast food.

Room was clean and comfortable! Staff was very friendly.

And did not tell

We were very pleased with our room The only complaint we have is that this particular hotel did not have a Bellman luggage cart. They have airport luggage carts and they are not suited for hotel guests. If you are coming in to town for a wedding, funeral or special event you need a luggage cart with an appropriate garment bag hook and something bigger than an airport luggage rack. Please correct this. Only complaint we had but it really made entering and exiting the hotel difficult.

Excellent place to stay for a group. Breakfast was a nice touch as well!

Nothing

Best value stay I've had in 20 years. The room was spacious & clean, just perfect. The entire facility was well run and maintained. Breakfast had twice the selection of other hotels and tasted wonderful. If you're looking for a hotel in Columbia, choose this one.

The customer service was top tier and the cleanliness was excellent!

Staff was great, property was clean and they did a great job keeping breakfast moving with a very busy crowd.

Great place to stay and very clean

Great service and great breakfast.

Everything was on point

Clean. Well lit. No good restaurants nearby

This was a beautiful hotel. It was very clean, the beds comfortable, and breakfast great.

Paid for my reservation two months in advance. When I arrived I was told my 2 queen bed reservation wasn't available due to a maintenance issue with all the 2 queen bed rooms. Was given a room with just one bed instead. Next day I mentioned the issue with a different staff member and they stated there has been no issues with any rooms. So staff was being dishonest. Was not given a different room still. No compensation for it either. So my paid reservation was not honored. Extremely disappointed with how the staff handled the situation. So just a heads up, I wouldn't pay in advance for any room from this establishment since they obviously don't honor it.

great breakfast! lots of options. very clean and quiet.
