Fairfield Inn & Suites Colorado Springs N./Air Force Academy

We stayed here for one night after the Bruno Mars concert. Kudos to the front desk person. (I think her name was Joyce). She told us to take the South Gate to the concert because traffic wouldn’t be as bad as the North gate when leaving and she was 100% correct. Joyce is the reason we enjoyed our very short stay. THANKS JOYCE!!!

Staff was helpful and friendly! Walls are paper thin. You can hear everything! But overall was good for a one night stay

Great location and clean hotel.

I would highly recommend this hotel to stay at. Also, the complimentary breakfast was wonderful! I especially liked the biscuits and gravy.

Every thing was great we had a great time

Clean room, and breakfast.

The front desk was very helpful room was very clean property very maintained

Super nice employees and great gym so I could run on the treadmill. Good breakfast too!

The shower was to powerful with no way to turn it down. The AC did not work with the wall thermostats. The Monday morning breakfast was lack luster!

Superb

Spa an outside fireplace did not work Should Note that before checking In

Was okay overall but the water was shut down during our stay and ended up being down for about an hour later than it said it was going to. Also, the refrigerator was broken so they did not sell any bottled water but at least provided some small cups instead.

I enjoyed the breakfast, the gym availability and cleanliness of the room upon getting there. However, only one of the lights in the gym was working. And It was hot inside the gym. My biggest negative remark has to be the lack of room cleaning. At no time during my stay was the bed linen changed out. My coworker woke up with what seemed to be insect bites on his abdomen and back.

Exceptional

Clean, quiet, dark at night. The breakfast was really pretty poor. There weren’t a lot of eggs and what they appeared to be is reconstituted powdered eggs. The sausages were dried out and uneditable. Juice was plentiful and the coffee was good.

Breakfast was great, room was very nice and clean

Superb

Superb

This hotel was underwhelming. When I arrived to check in, the front desk associate was not there and I waited about 20 minutes before anyone showed up. She gave us a room that had a weird smell and the shower water smelled like sewage. When I plugged in a charger near the couch, I noticed sunflower seeds behind the couch like someone was spitting them back there. The cost for that place was very high for the quality. I will not be staying here again
