Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Colorado Springs East/Ballpark

Very clean property. Quiet, comfortable bed, great amenities and staff.

Clean and well maintained Little hard to access and leave

Great stay. Accommodated my 80-year old father’s needs well- thanks!

We were told our room was flooded when we arrived and they were booked so we were unable to stay our 2 nights at this property. The check in staff worked hard to find us another room for one night which was their sister property Residence Inn close by. We found our own room with a different property for our 2nd night closer to where we'd be traveling out of Colorado Springs the next day. All worked out and we appreciate the staff at this property even though we couldn't stay there.

Exceptional

Other then that it was good

Renee was an excellent representative for this property! Great personality. 😊

Good experience

Room was clean and the front desk staff was great!!

Great place, convenient to stores

They were amazing on a busy weekend and let us check out late with no problems

Not a bad stay concert was just thru the parking lot easy walk. Staff was good and was clean. Could hear banging up staris if your on a ground level room.

A Shoutout to the Ladies who worked so hard keeping the breakfast area clean and stocked with food! They ran their legs off and it didn’t go unnoticed! Good job! ?? We felt the hotel was quite pricey. Plus There was a very loud family next to our room on our second nights stay. Their kids were yelling, crying and fighting with each other for hours until after midnight and also very early the next morning! So ridiculous! They were very rude, and annoying!! We were going to ask to be moved to a new room, but they thankfully checked out! Of course this isn’t the hotel’s fault, but just extremely inconsiderate to all the other people on our floor! ?

AJ was the best host...very hospitable.

Very clean, beds were super soft, staff was incredibly polite and helpful. Will definitely stay here again.

Very friendly front desk associate (AJ), took the time to show us the library- which was amazing to find in a hotel! The bathroom was probably the cleanest I’ve ever seen! Room was comfortable and well equipped. Price was right.
