Best Western Executive Inn & Suites

I honestly was not expecting much from this hotel but boy was I surprised. The rooms were spacious, nice and clean. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was very good. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I left my personal pillow behind and they had it waiting for me when I returned.

The hotel was good, the bed had springs you could feel. Not very comfortable!

A great hotel for me; location, homey, clean, friendly staff. Overall pleasant.

Hotel was nice, staff were kind. Hot tub had very poor jets, bathroom sink didn't drain, very loud outside noise from sirens to car alarms in the middle of the night and my bed was uncomfortable but other then night I had a good stay.

Clean Staff at the front desk were rude. Made me feel uncomfortable. So I left early.

This property is well-maintained, organized and the staff very helpful and friendly. Complimentary breakfast was super and staff worked very hard. We would stay again!

Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Only bad thing was they deactivated our key card before we checked out. We went to put our luggage in our car about about 9AM before going to breakfast. We could not get back in the side door. Had to walk around the building to get in.

Clean room with comfortable bed. The breakfast was fantastic. The shower had good water pressure. My only issue is the water took quite a while to drain out of the tub. Overall though very nice place!

Very nice hotel. Clean, comfortable, friendly staff. Breakfast was great! Scrambled eggs every morning, but each day a different meat. Our 1st morning was bacon, 2nd morning, sausage and biscuits and gravy and 3rd morning was hash. I'm not fond of hash, so don't know if it was good or not. Coffee, juice, yogurt, fruit, cereal, oatmeal, bagels, toast, pancakes-all excellent!! I highly recommend Best Western. I always choose Best Western and they have all been great!!!!

Good hot breakfast with different items daily. Had handicap accessible room and bathroom was very large and nice. Room good size too.

Although check in was somewhat agonizing (had to wait 1 1/4 hour for available room past the 3:00 pm checkin time) the room was fine enough and the breakfast good.

All in all wws a good experience , only issue we had was tv was a pain and room key would work then not the next use. Like it was being demagnatized repeatedly. Breakfast was prwletty good and staff was friendly

Convenient location Room hadn’t been serviced as requested however it was done once pointed out. Noisy as close to freeway. No lift.

This was not the Typical Best Western Stay there was a Human Bodily Fluid in one of the towels in the bathroom and when I told the front desk they made no attempt to apologize or to try to make me comfortable this was completely unacceptable Never again BW!!

Very helpful staff, clean property. Good for the price paid!

I had several occasions the keys and lock were not compatible, I had to check with front desk to have them adjust in order to get into my room.

Very reasonable price for the accommodations good location it was quite on the side of the hotel I was on.

The staff was amazing! They helped me out when I was in a bind. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was usually eggs and bacon or sausage, with bagels and fruit, which was a perfect start to our busy days when we were there. Overall, very happy with our experience.
