Wyndham Garden Atlanta Airport

Requested room not facing airport and freeway not near elevator when I made reservation. Made same request when I arrived. Manager that checked me in tells me I booked a room next to the elevator and facing airport and that is what I’m going to get. No changes even though hotel was almost empty. Hotel was in disrepair, and dirty. I travel a lot and stay at dozens of hotels every year. What a dumpster fire this place is. Never again.

Great property, very close to the airport without the noise.

Breakfast too limited Their card reader wasn't working when we arrived, so we had to wait about 2 hours at reception before checking in. When we checked out, they held my deposit without explanation. I have emailed about my deposit, but it has been ignored!!! They promised to refund it straight after checkout; I checked out on 26th of August 2026.

Spotlessly clean and super helpful staff. The transfer but that we were told was every 30 mins, was actually over an hour to arrive, the journey itself was only 10/ 15 mins. So a 15 min journey ended up nearer to 1.5 hours at the end of a very long flight. The staff explained that late afternoon/ early evening there is only one shuttle running vs several in the morning.

The room and the staff were very good. It had to be the noisiest hotel room that i've ever stayed in. All night long. It felt like tractor trailers were driving through our room. There is no sound dampening.

The room was very clean and I had a very good view of the pool area. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Hotel was satisfactory for the 3 star rating it has. My son stayed there, not me. Reservation was made through Booking, which said no prepayment. He intended to pay on site. Yet they debited me before his arrival when reservation was made. Then also while he was in mid-flight, and could not respond, I had to give a guarantee deposit on my debit card. Definitely an over-kill for a one night between-flights stay. Even if he had emptied the entire minibar I doubt it would have reached $150.
