Tru By Hilton Atlanta Airport College Park

The staff were amazing, and hotel room was great and clean! My only complaint were the neighbors beside us who were being SO loud and letting their 4 children run up and down the hallway screaming and playing after 11pm. But, I finally asked them to stop and they did. Not the hotels fault on that, but surely others had to call the front desk to complain. Without the loud kids and parents, and the no shuttle to the airport or train to was very disappointing and difficult with all the bags. Otherwise, the hotel itself would get 5 stars.

Clean room, friendly staff.

I really, really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I come to GA a few times a year and have stayed at multiple hotels by the airport. Tru by Hilton was clean and new and just a delightful experience. My bed was super comfortable. The shower was the right temperature and the water pressure was adequate. Everything in the room was clean. The bathroom was clean. When I had made my reservation I had to change it and a hotel manager helped me with the transaction and I no problems at all upon check in. All of the staff that I encountered were nice, friendly and helpful. The only thing I really did not like was there was no regular tv. It was all streaming channels, which I am just not used to. I do not stream a lot at home. Other than that there really wasn't anything to complain about it. Everything was great.

Exceptional

Clean room and friendly staff

Pleasant

Cerca del Skytrain, incluye desayuno caliente

All the above!!

All was good EXCEPT the required valet parking, which was not communicated to me when I booked. It was very expensive, $37/day, and was a complete surprise. If I would of known valet parking was required, I would NOT have booked here. Things like this should be more clearly communicated prior to booking.

Clean Room, friendly employees, great location.

Amazing Breakfast !!! Colorful decor ! Slight hiccup on Valet parking but overall very good

Nice room

Great place to stay close to the airport. Friendly staff. Very clean. Loved the large fitness room with full wall of windows.

Location, staff very helpful and very clean

Great clean room, perfect for a family stay.

Staff and cleanliness. Room was plain but exceptionally clean. All I wanted was a place to crash after my flight. When I travel I'm not bothered about facilities. With me it's friendly helpful staff and cleanliness. This is it .

Room, location for Gateway conference center Room wasnt visited in the 3 days for towel chnage over, bed making etc.

I love this hotel for an overnight stay before ab early flight at ATL. Easy to walk from the SkyTrain. Rooms are clean and modern. The breakfast is free. Parking is expensive but I usually get dropped off or do park n ride nearby.
