This was a horrible stay even for just 1 night

It was fine

My flight got changed and had to stay another day. Close to the airport and the right price.

Clientele was difficult. The exterior fountain need a good cleaning and lobby could use a refresh coat of paint.

I booked this through H0tels.c0m based on the description. I didn't need anything other than a clean bed, AC and non smoking room for the night due to a show in town. The property was advertised as non smoking with continental breakfast and pics looked ok. nothing outstanding but it was a budget hotel so the expectations were low anyway. When I arrived, it seemed to have a unusual amount of foot traffic and loitering individuals. To the point that as a 46yo man, even armed I was concerned.But I parked in the front near the lobby and locked the car went inside and things got worse. The lobby lights were not on just they sunlight to see inside. I checked in anyway This was supposed to be a non-smoking reservation but the entire property already smelled of smoke and weed, but maybe the rooms wouldn't.. The breakfast area looked like it was out of service, all the chairs were placed on the tables and nothing looked like it was cleaned or functional. But again low expectations. The desk assigned me room 331 i took the elevator upstairs and the rooms door was already wide open, the room was never cleaned at all hair, trash and filth everywhere, Signs of insect infestations as well. I went downstairs and told the desk , they then moved me to 319 which i went to. The smell was everywhere, but i opened the room, The entire property reeked of smoke, and weed. There was ash on the funtiture of the non-smoking rooms, signs of insect infestations. Solicitation in the parking lot etc.

Nothing, absolutely nothing!!! Not only did they falsely advertise the availability of a King bedroom. They had pictures showing double beds that did not exist and were taken at a totally different hotel. The lady working up front was not helpful at all and really down right rude. She blatantly told us that they do not have any king size beds within the entire property and that I had paid for a king size room but wasn't getting one and that she won't refund our money. The room was nasty, the floor dirty, sheets had old blood on them, and there was no remote to turn on or use the tv. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!! AND WILL MAKE SURE TO NEVER COME HERE AGAIN AND MAKE EVERYONE I KNOW AWARE TO NEVER BOOK HERE EITHER. LITERALLY WORST EXPERIENCE OF ALL TIME! NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN AND FINED FOR TAKING FOLKS MONEY FOR FALSE ADVERTISEMENTS. Everything!!!! This place is a joke. It shouldn't even be in business. If I could give them a 0 rating I would.

The Wi-Fi was out and I went there for the breakfast but did not get breakfast not one day they always said that it was something going on with the brothers and it's just bad there There was no breakfast and I paid for it
