Good location - room was in fine shape/clean. Hotel was under renovation - so pretty dirty/dingy. The guests here - not the happiest bunch of folks - I love my fellow humans - but seems a rough place - clientel a bit rough/not very friendly...

The property itself was perfect regarding location as we were in town to visit the immediate area and do some things together as a family. The beds were comfortable and bedding was clean...we were able to request an extra pillow from the desk. Microwave and fridge clean Tv worked for us no problem and of course there was Wi-Fi. The bathroom itself was gross, I took at least one or two towels from the rung and put it directly in the corner on the floor as it didn't appear clean, it was stained with dark spots so were not going to be using those. No stopper in the sink drain available to use either. Floor was grody and tile grout looked like it's never been clean. Bathroom fan was very loud and turned on with the light so there was no option to have it on or off. I must mention it appears they do have renovations coming up...but the state of the bathroom we had was not pretty by any means. My husband wasn't thrilled with the price we spent for the experience, especially as there were several "interesting" characters that hung around. It wasn't the greatest energy, but for us to stay at with our kids listening to the people below scream and fight with each other on and off their balcony (door slamming) and in their room, not fun. We gave them time before calling anyone and they ended up quieting down after about 15minutes or so. I did speak with the desk to get my invoice and was able to explain my concerns over the phone with the associate.

The room was nice. The issue was how obnoxiously loud it was. Check out was at 11. I had people knocking on my door shortly after 10am to see if I had checked out. They called my room while I was in the shower and my cell phone after I didn’t answer the room phone. I work second shift and was late getting in. Sleeping in is something that is important to me. I’ve stayed here many times before, but will not be back after this experience. It made for a really long day. Let people check out at the check out time before disturbing them. Staff should be mindful of others when cleaning other rooms, not letting doors slam, etc…
