THEE issue is....despite everything else in the World being ideal, when you CHARGE a guest TOO MUCH, more than the agreed reservation, and with NO explanation for the "surcharge" of $ 8.77 plus tax, then YOU spoil the entire experience, despite other things being so well. If the staff does everything perfect, and the guest is happy....until they receive the invoice via e-mail...then YOU have ruined the guest experience. Apparently this is why you don't offer an completed invoice on departure, but rather e-mail the invoice to the guest. SHAME on you for adding a "surcharge" of $ 8.77 plus tax, with NO explanation, because you just hurt your own review score.

The woman who checked us in was extremely friendly and very helpful. We loved the layout of the place and the room was very nice. It was great to be able to get to your room without having to go through the hotel lobby every time. Very convenient to food and shopping. I would highly recommend.

Wonderfully and fully cleaned room. Reservation making, check in and out were amazingly efficient. Stack very helpful in giving us info on breakfast,etc Breakfast excellent. Lots of variety and all offerings well presented and flavorful.

We loved the hotel but we were almost attacked by a black German shepherd dog running through the hall way . It actually lunged at my wife and scared her half to death and when I spoke to the manager he was sorry and then talked to the owner. The dog was locked in the room and continued to bark until after 10:00 pm. We are dog lovers but too many dogs staying there for our liking.

The front desk staff were very welcoming and provided a great overview of the property and amenities. Our room was spacious and the bathroom was good but was a bit on the small size. The breakfast was outstanding and staff friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend staying here; the location made it easy to get to and from different activities.

The beds were awful. Be sure to ask for an updated room. Excellent free breakfast. Nice little pool and outdoor area. Very near Coeur D’Aline lake
