La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Clifton Park/Saratoga Area

I stay at this hotel frequently. The hotel is always clean, the staff always courteous and the fitness room meets my needs. They definitely could improve the quality of their breakfast greatly. Overall I would recommend it.

The place looks nice. Breakfast was okay. The woman tending the dining/ food service area works her butt off!

Absolutely amazing and beautiful hotel!

I was disappointed though that I wasn’t able to either charge a tub of ice cream to my room or pay with Apple Pay. The telephone cable in my room was also loose and didn’t stay connected so I had to keep wiggling it and calling the front desk back. They said they’d fix it but I didn’t bother to check. The breakfast was tolerable but why no bacon?? Only sausage patties floating in grease! Some cold milk and half and half in pitchers would be nice to have at the coffee station as well. My primary complaint though was concerning the WiFi as well as the television. I have an apple phone but the tv would only synch to a Samsung phone so I was stuck either watching the over 100 channels on the tv (mostly local and livestream) or watching my streaming channels on my phone. That in itself was a problem because the WiFi kept dropping off.

I asked to speak to the head of the department and that only happened when I caught goin the lobby she wanted to lecture me on how many days before they change bedding. I said to her no one had made the beds, picked up trash (unless I put it in the hallway. She made no apologies and said she would have the room cleaned ( this was Saturday.. I put in an 11 o’clock check out and at 10!she is knocking on my door. She is rude! I wouldn’t stay there again

Excellent staff and location. We arrived late almost at midnight and the check in was super fast and the room very spacious. I recommend it.

Very helpful and courteous staff. Quiet, comfortable, and clean throughout. Breakfast was great and fellow hotel guests made it an enjoyable stay too. Brought our small dog - nice designated and well maintained spaces outside. Great stay and will definitely be back again sometime.

We came down for breakfast a bit late, but still with plenty of time left. The waffle mix was watery and clumping, but the pantry assistant did make more. The oj was also out, as were any muffins, bagels, or toast. Not the best, but what we had we made it work
