The hotel provided free breakfast for our softball team who was in town for the Little League Regional Tournaments and it was delicious! Perfect foods to fuel our girls before their games

Would like outlets closer to the bed for charging electronics

They charge my card n wasn’t suppose to so it was like I paid twice

It was nice, but not up to the standards of Marriott. The linens were worn out in both my daughters room and mine. We did not have a top sheet which made me extremely uncomfortable sleeping with only a comforter that other patrons used. I asked for my bed to be remade but the man did not speak English. After 3 requests I had to make my bed myself. Housekeeping needs to be trained properly on making beds and cleaning the kerig coffee makers.

The room set up was very nice and easy access to rooms. We got there early and they were very nice to get us in early. We were very tired so I was very appreciative! They do not do a free breakfast

Ok but no microwave in my room

The room and staff, at the hotel were great. However, as I was about to get in my car and leave to go to my daughter's college graduation the front desk attendant came running out to tell me my payment didn't go through. I paid, through Hotel Engine, on April 9th and my stay was May 2-3. I had to pay for the room a second time after much discussion and walked into the auditorium for my daughter's graduation as they were walking in, barely making it in time to see her walk across the stage and get her diploma! I contacted customer service, for Hotel Engine, that afternoon and was assured they'd get it sorted out and that apparently the hotel didn't accept the payment but it had been taken from my account. As of now, 2 days later, I still have not received a reimbursement from either party..

The bedsheets were dirty. The pillowcases were dirty. All of which had hair on them. We checked into one room to have to go back downstairs and ask for another room. Checking in the second room we found that it had hair in it. At this point, the desk clerk had so many people complaining about dirty rooms. He had to go walk the halls to see what rooms he had available. The cleaning staff did a horrible job!!!!
