Oxford Suites Chico

great!

Nice breakfast, they even give you a free drink and have a specified 'social hour' each night of your stay. It was so nice we decided to book a second night to enjoy instead of hitting the road again the next day. The neighbourhood feels safe and clean as well. If we are ever through Chico again, this is where we'll stay.

Front desk staff was amazing and always available and friendly. This hotel has a great gym, including a sauna. Great location. Walking distance to walmart and major restaurants. Will definitely be back!

very clean and safe place. I’d stay there again.

I didn't stay. I texted that I wasn't going to use the room and no one got back to me.

It’s closer to the stores and restaurant

The room was clean and comfy. The staff were friendly and welcoming every time I went in and out. The location was great, easy access to food, stores, etc. The area felt safe and secure. I would definitely stay here again.

We liked the staff, the location, and the nice breakfast. However, I was disappointed that I couldn’t have a walk-in shower in a standard room.

Great service

Nice stay, comfortable and at a great price! Helpful staff, would definitely recommend to friends.

Fire alarm went off at 3am. We made our way from 4th floor down. Fire dept was called by a guest not the hotel! Fire dept cleared everyone to go back. Multiple people never left their rooms as they didn't know what to do. Hotel was not helpful in this false emergency.

The hotel needs updates throughout.

Staff was extremely friendly. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of food. Hot tub was relaxing along with the sauna and steam room.

Superb

Staff is great. Rooms are nice but overall facility is a little dated. Breakfast buffet was ok. Half price of the Katerina hotel next door but definitely a step down from the Katerina. Overall, a decent value

breakfast was good

Everything was clean and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The included breakfast was really good! There were two things that really were disappointing though. The first was the noise. There were the noisiest cars outside at nighttime for hours and hours. It was hard to sleep. The second thing was that the pump bottle of lotion in the room smelled rotten and rancid, as though someone had put something in the bottle that was not supposed to be there. Like it was horrendously bad. Like I said, other than those two problems, everything was great.

As usual everything was perfect

They provided a very comfortable stay and even had a toothbrush for me.
