We had a wonderful view from our room There is nothing that I can complain about. The front desk actually the whole staff was wonderful.

This property was the perfect choice four our trip because we had a view of the river walk and Navy Pier on the lake. We didn’t hear any loud or obnoxious sounds while we were sleeping or relaxing! The staff were super helpful had great customer service!

The parking wasn’t the best

Was trying to get something nice with a great river/lake view. It was pricey, as most are, but the quality just wasn’t there for the view. I would recommend the Sheraton or another option for better value to price. My TV also had issues for half my stay. Hidden fees hitting at the end, etc.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. We arrived at 9am expecting to store our luggage, but our room was ready for us! The concierge also let us know about the $10 daily credit for the in-house restaurant (which can be supplemented with a $15 daily credit if you take the green option and skip housekeeping). The fitness center was 10/10 with nice amenities and a thoughtful layout - amazing city views from the treadmills and bikes!
