SpringHill Suites by Marriott Chesapeake Greenbrier

Customer service was excellent. Food was good, room was clean. Will continue to be a customer in the future. Nothing, I enjoyed everything.

Once I found it, it was an easy check in. Only downside is I didn’t sleep comfortably. But I don’t think I would have slept any better anywhere else.

The breakfast buffet was the finest complimentary breakfast ever, especially the eggs and the oatmeal fixings. The beds were excellent too. Room was quiet. Soap dispensers in the shower were awkward to use. Pillows were to hard. There needs to be lighting in the couch area for reading.

The staff was super friendly.

I didn’t like that my reservation was changed to one room/2 people instead of two rooms/ 1 person each. However, the manager corrected the reservation that was via Expedia, he was GREAT!!!

Location is convenient to Chesapeake and Virginia Beach. Front desk staff is very good. Room was not clean. Mold visible in several places. Furniture and mattress original to the opening of the hotel 18 years ago. There us only one nightstand. Dresser falling apart. Shampoo/body wash holder fell off the wall and its probably the newest thing in the room. Just about everything in the room is pulling away from the wall. There is rust corrosion on the toilet paper dispenser.

Location was perfect for us and the breakfast was delicious. No complaints!

Location works great for why we are visiting the area. Like the hotel Really wish that you provided more towels.

Kind of wish I was told "expect to be charged 30 dollars more than expected and quote" before looking at my statement after I checked out.

The staff wasn’t very helpful. It seemed like we were bothering her for being there. The room was too humid the ac didn’t take care of the humidity.

Breakfast was less than what I was expecting. Need much improvement 1. Did not like the fact that I did not receive Marriott reward points for my stay today due to my booking my reservations via Bookings.Com. 2. Received a bill from Bookings.com stating that I owed $256 for a room that I did not reserve. Confirmed with Hotel property manager that all 4 rooms that I reserved were paid for in full.

Clean staff was very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was okay

Breakfast was okay, but it was pretty much the exact same thing every day, so some variety would have been nice. Again, the staff was wonderful and definitely the best part of the stay. A few improvements to the hotel itself would make a big difference.

The room had an odd/mildewy smell. There was a roach in the ceiling I had to kill. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable. TV was very glitchy.

Stayed there a couple of times it seems maintenance is not being addressed

The staff and other attendants were friendly and helpful. The room was nice, cool and clean with all amenities included. It's always great to have breakfast available on site as well. The coffee was great!

Everything was good the cleaning and the air conditioning and breakfast and the staff was amazing!
