Home2 Suites by Hilton Buffalo Airport / Galleria Mall

The breakfast was very good and with lots of variety. The room was clean and in good order. The only real negative was the lack of vent fan in the bathroom, which got steamy after a shower but overall, a great location.

It was in an excellent location. Everything you need is in the area. Staff amazing Breakfast. Pillows.

Exceptional

We are coming back!

This is the best Hilton that I have ever stayed at. Nice lobby area, library, pool, location. Very quiet, nice breakfast and great staff.

Great hotel

Any staff member we came in contact with was so nice. You were given 2 complimentary bottle of water upon check in. Everything was easily accesible (pool, gym, front doors, lobby). Location is near a lot of places to eat and shop! Nothing

.

Good breakfast.

Exceptional

Clean

Very well maintained property

The stuff were helpful and friendly. They provided take out breakfast very early in the morning, good gluten free options were available. Shuttle was good and per request . Location next to shopping mall with many options. Nothing, all was wonderful for a 1 night stay

I put out do not disturb signs and every day it would be ignored. Then. My sign disappeared all together. Parking was also horrible there were many tractor trailers taking up huge portions of the up close parking. If your room is near the highway you will hear lots of road noise.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. The facility was clean and the fitness centre was the best one I’ve seen in Buffalo so far.

The staff was super professional and kind. I would absolutely stay there again.

Good and clean rooms. Staffs are friendly people

The couch in the room had pet hair and caused allergies for my child. There should be pet free rooms available

good
