No nightstand between beds for lamp, phones, CPAPs No nightstand between beds for lamp, phones, CPAPs. For towels I was told to bring old ones down and then pick up the new ones.

Everyone was super amazing, my room was super clean and beautiful! It’s in a beautiful part of town if you want to walk around and explore, the only down falls were that I thought they had a pool which was advertised and they didn’t and the parking lot has lots of bad potholes.

I never write reviews but I think people need to know this. If you need a hotel where you can get a good night of sleep, look elsewhere. The room we stayed in was the worst possible scenario. It was on the floor just above a garage and it must have had a garage door. Throughout the night we could hear a loud clunky, grinding sound which appeared to be the garage door going up and down or it was the elevator. No matter which one it was, it was loud and prevented any sleep. In addition, the pillow my husband ended up with was so bad he went to the front desk to ask for another one. They had 3 to choose from and all of them were bad. One of the employees was so loud as he was carrying on a conversation from the ground floor lobby at the bottom of the stairs with a guest on the first floor and it was easily heard in our room while trying to get to sleep. We also had the misfortunate of our room being next to the ice and vending machines which was so loud. I have no idea why the hotel rents out room 116. The room darkening curtain was wore out and full of see-through holes. The one good thing I can say about our stay is the room was very clean and that much we appreciated.

Definitely needs some updates. Lightning not the best, plug ins by the bedside not the best. Mattress not comfortable at all. Picked this for location only.

infested with ants

Just the low cost for just a night of sleep is all we needed it for Shower. Ceiling falling apart with mold on it. Wifi was slow
-
Liked that there was an area for smokers, Also grills available and stove top for cooking, helps save on takeout.
-
There were dogs barking not a place for construction workers to sleep
-
Disappointing
-
There was no breakfast but there was a really good on-site Thai resturant. No pool or plastic utensils available.

Location Outdated, tired, and worn.

Price, location No place to hang clothes, road noise, no vanity in bath room, shower curtain in walk-in shower didn’t go to the floor so water went all over the bathroom, was a horrible smell in the hallway

The only thing that I liked about this place was that it was close enough to drive conveniently with the kids for the Renaissance Fair. I think it could have been better if the staff did not sit there and put down people who are visiting for the said Renaissance Fair creating business for their property. I was told that long-term residents get higher priority than actual hotel guests and so people living there will get the rooms that they want but if you request a two full bedroom don't be surprised when Brandy the housekeeping manager decides that you don't get too full beds even if you paid for it what you get is one bed and a couch that doesn't even pull out correctly in front of the TV. When I asked to have a room like what I booked months ago online planning ahead for this family vacation I was told that that was unavailable to me and those rooms were already taken up by people living in the hotel. There are signs of everywhere for people who are living there to take care of their trash and clean their own rooms and all of the double bedrooms are booked by them. So instead of my family having a nice space and accommodating all of our heads to sleep... Me and my daughter had to share a bed and my sister slept on the pull-out couch with her 4-year-old son with a kinks neck all weekend a broken mattress and the frame doesn't even hold right. The room smelled like wet dog so bad we couldn't figure out the microwave the Brandy had no problem coming up to our room with a chip on her shoulder to show me how stupid I was when she did it in two seconds. Ma'am you deal with smart microwaves in this place every single day call me humble but I don't have to connect mine to the Wi-Fi in order to make it work. Damn microwave was beeping out us all night to connect the Wi-Fi I don't even know why it needs that. Especially for a hotel to invest in smart microwaves but they can't get a carpet cleaner to get the dog smell out or new furniture in there for people to sit on? Sleep on?
