Excellent customer service
-
Great place. Conveniently located. Wish breakfast was included. But that's just me. No complaints, otherwise.
-
Refrigerator was not properly working. They brought in replacement with same results. Why bother? I mean it’s 100•Plus. I’d like the refreshments in my room cold/not lukewarm Also, no microwave in room.
-
The bed was compy (squeaked a little) but the pillows made up for it. Usually hotels have hard, frumpy pillows - these pillows were so soft and luxurious. Parking was abundant and the hotel itself was modern and very clean.
-
good team and property.

Very clean!
-
Well located for my needs.

While we were there the ice machine was broken but when we informed the Reception. They promptly fixed it.... in our room the fridge was broken but again. We informed them and they promptly fixed it..... the staff were great. I would've given them a 5 to be honest. I think the role of the hotel could chamber. The pool was closed kind of early..... the elevator was always warm...... if we do go to AZ I will be staying here again..... because the cost was fair. The staff were very helpful and prompt....
