Through Expedia, I had selected a room with two beds and a pull-out couch. We did not receive a pull-out couch, but rather a chair with an ottoman. I have a bad back, and sometimes I can not sleep the whole night in a bed. Sometimes I need to lie on a couch or sleep on a pull-out bed, with the seat cushions placed behind me to prop me up. Since I did not have a pull-out bed, as selected, I didn't get that great of a sleep. I wasn't too happy about that.

The staff was so nice and helpful. The bistro had wonderful food. I would 10/10 recommend staying here.

The staff was amazing, and very helpful. Tina and Ced were the kindest folks we've met in a long time. Stop by the Bistro and visit them even if you're not staying at the hotel.

The only issue was that one of the rooms was not available for check-in until almost 4 o’clock.

Property is being renovated and this is good. The room was clean and staff helpful.

The bed was the best on this trip - solidly slept through everything, and didn't want to leave. Parking OK, as we needed to use a row at a different level outside. Not a direct path via stairs back, but still short and adjacent. Definitely recommend breakfast down the street at Maple & Yolk.

Room entrance & elevator are too cramped to get a luggage cart through. No hot tub here. No free breakfast. Very small fridge w/no freezer.

Plenty of parking. Clean room. Part of the hallway was under construction; looks like maybe they had a pipe burst over the winter.
