A small problem with our room on arrival was handled with utmost professionalism by the front desk and they immediately switched us to another room without hesitation. Complimentary breakfast was very good with excellent coffee! Overall, we are putting this hotel on our list to come back to, not because it’s perfect, but because the staff were so professional, they knew how to handle weary travellers! Thank you so much!

I didn’t like that when I checked in and asked if they had breakfast, the desk clerk mumbled something about breakfast “being in the other building.” I didn’t know where or when he was referring to and it was busy there so I just went up to my room

Good place to stay, the staff are very friendly and helpful. The Hot tub was nice and clean. The breakfast was good; the only thing is I wish it started at 7 am not 8 am that's all.

Whole property tired and dirty. TV difficult and partially functional. Staff friendly but difficult to talk to.

When i got to my room there was a wasp in the window. I went to the desk and asked if they would take care of it. They were going to switch my ro i said no thats ok i was just wanting it removed. Im allergic to them so the staff came and kindly removed it for me.

The place is full of dirt, dust, dampness, trash, spiders/cobwebs, poorly maintained parking lots, landscaping, swimming pool/jacuzzi. Absolutely horrendous. Everything in the common areas by the pool area is stuck in 1985. The building needs a serious renovation or it needs to be bulldozed. I contacted the BBB. I couldn't even imagine sleeping one night in this dump.

For the price the hallway and room had an odor. It was clean I just had an issue with the smell.

A unique multi-bldg hotel complex in a partially wooded area; superb! Also a well-above average breakfast. Emps were friendly & helpful. The ONLY problems were technical. None of the 3 desktop computers in the Business Center worked AND the "Guide" function of our room's TV "remote" was poor. (Takes far too long to find out which channels are available AND how to connect)
