Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites Raleigh / Cary by IHG

It was a nice stay. We enjoyed it. Chlorine was a bit strong in the pool.

Our tv did not have ESPN. Other than that, everything was great.

Room was nice but outdated, morning breakfast was the same every morning. Not what you would think for what you pay.

I never stayed there. I canceled the same day I checked in and still have not received a refund from booking.com. Worst experience ever and I will never book through booking.com or recommend them to anyone nor the hotel. The manager was very rude and was never available. No one has followed up with me. 0/10 recommendations I never stayed there but things were broke or non working in the room. The room/ the hotel did not meet my expectations

We were there for a pageant and we had a great time thanks to the hotel and staff.

Location Rooms were clean. But need to focus on the little stuff mirror around closet rusty. Corners were damaged on walls.

Harvey was great at the front desk, always smiling and helpful. I was there 12 days for baseball at USA training complex and things were good just a little dated

Exceptional

The property is in a very convenient location. It was pretty clean just needs some update like showers.

ionlism. The front desk agent said I was double booked (I was not) and said this happened because I booked the reservation through a third party. I asked if she could fix it, she said no, suggested I call Expedia. I kept an Expedia agent on the line while I re approached the front desk agent to ensure a was NOT double booked. After checking her screen, confirming with me the 2 rooms I reserved, I was able to check in. During the check in she had food at her monitor and I was left with the feeling of disturbing her food break as it was about an hour before check in. This was unprofessional! The following morning at 8 am the front desk agent was openly eating what I believe was breakfast. It was extremely unprofessional and looked ill mannered.
