Good breakfast. Room was comfortable.

The rooms were fantastic. The food was good for breakfast. The staff was really nice and the room was spectacular. The was nice and cool, kitchen was clean and ready for use.

The hotel is being renovated but you are not bothered by it. All public areas are clean, new and pleasing. The rooms are newly redone and are very nice. Mattresses are comfortable. Rooms are stocked with needed items, and the desk can provide anything else you might need. Great water pressure and hot water comes quickly. A great place for the price range .. quality .. we will stay here again.

Staff was nice and room was comfortable. Nice, quiet area. Breakfast selection was good.

Manager was nasty when I asked for a bottle of water in the morning. And did not give me one. Sad. No tissue paper to blow my nose and barely enough toilet paper The basics I don’t expect much but toilet paper is definitely one Will never stay there again Never

I couldn’t even get extra towels toilet paper or coffee I went down to the front desk and the girl said I would have to wait for the staff to come in the morning that cleans the rooms so I didn’t even get any help I’d love to get my money back we didn’t enjoy our stay at all was not happy if I wanted coffee I had to go all the way down stairs to the front desk to the coffee maker and the coffee was not even warm at all so I was very unhappy with our stay and it was a mother daughter get away to Chicago it was a first time get away for us and we left very unhappy sadly!!! And we stayed from Thursday to a Sunday morning left a very unpleasant experience!!!

I like staying here when I visit in IL. My family only complained about a musty smell in Room 526. Not sure why it smelled like that. Beds were comfy and loved having a fridge in our room.

Everything was good except the ice machine on our floor was out of order.

Good hotel, good location. Room was pretty sparce with amenities. Coffee had one pack for coffee pot.

The hotel was clean and the staff were very helpful. The beds were very comfortable. The room had an odor that was strong at times.
