Limited options. walls are too thin. Could hear footsteps of people and other rooms and upstaies.

Great location, room was updated, the front desk people were very welcoming and accommodating. The deck for hanging out is a great touch!

For the price I was underwhelmed by the experience: small basic room; no microwave; a substandard coffee brewer; a large flat screen but only network TV and a controller with dying batteries so could not turn down or mute sound. Again, underwhelmed.

Walking distance to everything downtown. Room didn’t have Air conditioning though.

Exceptional

Location and office staff Bed was comfortable Kids yelling and making lots of noise at 10pm and later. Kids had their own room, parents told my 17 year old daughter “wait til you have kids”. Management didn’t say much about it. The Nutella in breakfast room was expired. Don’t know about other stuff?

Staff on property so friendly and accommodating. Clean and modern rooms. Quiet too. Breakfast had a nice assortment. Thank you for a great stay

I had a late check-in and the staff was nice enough to leave the key for room at the entrance after reception office was closed for the night. Was informed that AC was kaput was no issue as it was cool that evening. Marie helped us in the morning and provided hints on what this town has to offer. I would come back to this place again if I happen to commute thru Carmel! Great people in a pretty and friendly place!

No air conditioning, limited breakfast selection

The price is good for being so close to Ocean Ave. Some rooms have been renovated . Staff was very nice. Parking is very tight , so if you have a large SUV it is difficult to park

I was disappointed that the hotel did not have a microwave in our room.

Good size room with 2 queen beds. Clean. It's better not to have breakfast then to have one that was suggested. Very poor choice. Bad coffee.

Lovely man, clean & comfortable room

The room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and inviting. Everything was so well maintained, and we truly felt at home. It’s honestly a shame we only stayed for one night (8/4/26) because we would have happily stayed much longer! also it is located in a prime location, walking distance to shops, restaurants and beach. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay such a pleasant and memorable experience. We truly appreciated the outstanding hospitality and would absolutely love to come back again. Highly recommended!
