Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Meadowlands Area by IHG

Pleasant

Had a bus to get to concert. THANK YOU!

The breakfast was great and the kitchen employees and front desk were lovely and very customer service detailed. But the Hotel amenities were not what I expected. I rented the Hotel to enjoy the pool and however until I arrived at the hotel no one notified me the pool was permanently closed. Even when I contacted the hotel hours before my arrival. The false advertisement of the hotel amenities. The rooms were really small as well.

Parking, breakfast, and close enough to MetLife stadium. They did offer shuttle service that evening to MetLife, not sure if that's all the time but that was convenient for guest. We drove because I already paid for parking at the event

Superb

The staff and the atmosphere in the hospitality Nothing to complain about maybe the price of the room was a little pricey

Superb

Even though I had a short and sweet visit, the room was spacious, very clean, and the breakfast was great. The proximity to the stadium was my main reason for booking and it’s totally worth it.

We loved the location. Very easy to travel to and from Manhattan using the NJ bus.

excellent

The Mexican restaurant next door was great. There was also a brewery we could walk to unfortunately it was closed due to a concert that was $57 to get into. The hotel breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve ever seen/ had. There was hair all over the bathroom floor upon arrival. The bed and chair was like a leather almost that was all scratched up. Looked like water damage in the cabinet underneath the sink.

We arrived late the staff was very accommodating breakfast was good lots of choices beds were very comfortable. Was so glad to find them so late.

Location, early check in considerations Nothing

The breakfast The first room I was placed in was clean. The air conditioner didn't work, and the blind was stuck half open. Wouldn't go up or down.

Very good

Exceptional

Checking into the hotel was a smooth and quick process. The staff was very polite and the room was perfectly comfortable. Overall a great stay.

20min walk from the stadium. Large clean room, free breakfast, and friendly staff

Clean rooms. Nice bedding and bathroom amenities. Spacious area in room and lobby was nice. The included Breakfast was great. Ample parking and easy / convenient location for MetLife stadium events.
